Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the colours for my order?

All productions have step by step instructions with how to choose your custom colours. All products that use braiding currently require you to choose them separately by adding to cart your chosen colours from the colour selection product.

How long does it take to receive made to order products?

We aim to get all orders out within 2-3 weeks of ordering, Australian orders should be received within 3-4 weeks of ordering and international orders in 4-6 weeks of ordering.

Do you have in stock items?

We have a limited number of pre-made products available for purchase on the menu bar 'Pre-made'.
